Ron began his career with Aflac in January 2005 as an associate and quickly advanced into leadership roles, including District Sales Coordinator (DSC) and Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC). He later served as a Business Development Coordinator, working directly with the Senior Vice President of the Southwest Territory, before returning to the field as an RSC. After retiring in 2016, Ron rejoined Aflac following nine years away, bringing decades of experience, proven leadership, and a passion for developing successful agents across North Texas.

Michaela is a dedicated wife and mother of two daughters who plays a key role in creating a strong first impression for potential candidates exploring opportunities with the North Texas Spartan Aflac Regional team. She is a trusted partner in our recruiting and onboarding efforts, ensuring each candidate experiences professionalism, clarity, and support from the very first interaction.

Jenny is a seasoned Aflac professional with extensive experience as a Regional Administrator. She brings a high level of precision and operational expertise to the team, ensuring every detail is handled accurately and efficiently. Her commitment to excellence provides critical support to both leadership and agents across the region.

Tonya is a dedicated wife and mother who began her Aflac career in 2018 in North Carolina. She advanced quickly into the District Sales Coordinator role, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to growth. Tonya and her husband later relocated to North Texas to be closer to their son, a professional bull rider, where she continues to lead and develop agents across the region.

Roger began his professional career as an auditor with Citi Bank before being introduced to Aflac in 2007. Over the years, he was approached multiple times about stepping into leadership, yet he intentionally chose to remain in the associate role—working side by side with agents to help them grow and excel without the need for a title. In Q4 of 2025, Roger formally stepped into the District Sales Coordinator role, partnering with Ron Jones to continue developing and leading agents across North Texas.

Mitzi built a highly successful career as a District Manager with Avon before the role was eliminated in the United States. Seeking an organization where she could continue developing people and building strong teams, she began her career with Aflac in 2019. Today, Mitzi is recognized as one of Aflac’s most successful District Sales Coordinators, known for her commitment to training, culture-building, and developing agents into confident, high-performing professionals.
